Visiting an office

Do I need an appointment at an A-MAX office?
No. Every Inland Empire office takes walk-ins during business hours. Calling ahead can save time if you need an SR-22 filed or you have a gap in coverage, since we can tell you exactly what to bring.
What should I bring to get insured the same day?
Your driver's license or state ID, the VIN for each vehicle, dates of birth for other household drivers, and a payment method for the first installment. Bring your DMV order too if a filing is involved.
Do A-MAX offices have Spanish-speaking agents?
Yes. Bilingual agents are available at our Inland Empire offices, and you can be helped in English or Spanish in person, by phone, or online.
Can I pay in cash at the office?
Yes. In-person payment options are available at our offices, which is useful if autopay or a card on file is not how you prefer to handle a monthly premium.
Is there an A-MAX office in the city of Riverside?
Not currently. The closest offices for Riverside drivers are Moreno Valley on Alessandro Blvd, Corona on W 6th Street, and Colton on Mount Vernon Ave. All three take walk-ins.
